About Our Company
Established in 2012, Swift Straw identified significant inefficiencies in the traditional pine straw industry. Previously, pine straw was hand-raked, hand-tied into square bales, and manually loaded onto trailers, limiting distribution primarily to local southeastern retailers with the necessary infrastructure. Recognizing this bottleneck, we pioneered mechanical harvesting methods that have forever changed how pine straw is managed, harvested and sold. Additionally, we development the first bagged and palletized pine straw products, revolutionizing distribution channels and unlocking the potential of this exceptional ground cover.
