What You Will Learn:
Kick off Southeast Green with purpose at the GGIA Annual Meeting of the Membership, held Tuesday afternoon just after exhibitor load-in. This gathering offers all GGIA members the opportunity to hear key updates on the association’s work, celebrate milestones, and preview what’s ahead for Georgia’s green industry.
Following the business portion of the meeting, stay for a powerful presentation from UGA agricultural economist Dr. Ben Campbell.
From hurricanes to tariffs, from labor challenges to new regulatory threats like the proposed OSHA Heat Rule—today’s green industry is facing a perfect storm of economic and operational pressures. Dr. Campbell will dive into the data and break down what these issues mean for growers, landscapers, retailers, and allied businesses. You’ll gain timely, actionable insights on economic trends, risk management, and how to position your business for resilience in the face of ongoing uncertainty.
